Support profiles are not saved


ISSUE: If you have an issue saving support profiles into your Build Processor machine in Magics (for local machines it save without an error but the profiles are deleted after Magics restart & for network machines it give an error “Saving profiles failed “).

Workaround:

Create a Library Machine the same as build processor one by adding in into My Machines:

-Open Build Preparations, click on My Machines\Add form Library

Choose the same machine type you have in the build processor.

-Use this machine to prepare your build and save the support profile into it, once you are done you can change machine by right click on the platform in Magics & use the Build Processor printer:
