What is the operating system support policy for Materialise Software?

Materialise Software will discontinue supporting an operating system, or a specific version of an operating system, when the OS vendor discontinues support.

Any Materialise Software versions released after the date an OS vendor discontinues support will no longer be tested on the discontinued OS version.

Customer Support for Materialise Software running on discontinued OS versions will be reasonable effort only and not subject to any service level agreement.

For the best and most secure operation, we advise our customers to update to a supported operating system and the latest version of our software.
