Materialise e-Stage is an automated support generation software for resin-based (SLA, DLP) and metal powder-based (SLM, DMLS, LPBF) 3D printing technologies, designed to significantly reduce data preparation, support removal, and finishing times.
Its advanced algorithms create optimized, lightweight support needle thin structures with minimal contact points, gusset parameters, and open designs to lower material consumption, improve de-powdering, and prevent surface damage. e-Stage also enables efficient multi-part stacking to maximize build volume.
