What is the operating system support policy for Materialise Software?

By default, Materialise software aims that upon release of any software version, this version supports all (the versions of) the operating system that are supported by the OS vendor.

Materialise Software will discontinue supporting a an operating system, or a specific version of an operating system, when the OS vendor discontinues support.

Customer support for Materialise Software running on discontinued OS versions will be reasonable effort only and not subject to any service level agreement.

For the best and most secure operation, we advise our customers to update to a supported operating system and the latest version of our software.
