If your organization uses both the older Materialise licensing technology (entitlements with a 16-digit CCK) and the newer Materialise licensing technology (entitlements with a 36-digit Activation ID), both will appear in your entitlement list. 

However, the End-User Portal self-service only works with for latest Materialise licensing technology. To make managing these easier, you can filter the list to display only the self-serviceable entitlements. 

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Log in to the Portal

Once logged in, you will land on the List Entitlements page. This page shows a summary of your organization's entitlements (vouchers, licenses) along with their details.

Step 2: Open Advanced Search

At the top-right corner of the list view, click on Advanced Search.

Step 3: Set the Filter

In the search options, locate the field for License Technology, select Contains, and type Flex.

Step 4: Run the Search

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Search.

Step 5: View Filtered Results

The list will now display only the entitlements you can manage using the End-User Portal.
