We are actively investigating this issue with high priority.
At this time, we can confirm that the issue affects Word reports; Excel reports are not affected. We can also confirm that it affects all Magics versions.
We have identified that uninstalling Windows update KB5094126 may restore report functionality in some environments. At this stage, this should be considered a temporary workaround only. We are still investigating the exact scope, root cause, and whether this applies more broadly.
Issue description
Magics Word reports may generate documents with empty or unexpanded values, instead of a fully populated report. At this time, Excel reports are not affected.
Temporary workaround
Uninstalling Windows update KB5094126 may restore reporting functionality in some environments.
