Use this guide to reset a forgotten password from the Materialise End-User Portal login screen.

Step 1: Open the login screen

1. Open the Materialise End-User Portal.
2. Enter your email address if it is not already filled in.

Step 2: Request a password reset

1. Select Forgot password?
2. A message confirms that your reset request has been submitted.

Step 3: Open the reset email

1. Look for an email titled Password Reset Notification from the Materialise End-User Portal.
2. Open the email and select the link provided.

If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 4: Log in with the temporary password

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter the temporary password from the reset email.

Step 5: Create a new password

1. Enter the temporary password in the first field.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
4. Select Continue.

Step 6: Answer your security question

1. Enter the answer to your security question.
2. Select Continue.

✅ Done — your password is updated and you can access the Materialise End-User Portal.
